I must say it was a very educational trip. I learned that the chain goes through the farm input suppliers, the farmers, the millers and the traders. The traders do much less of the labor but they get the big bucks in the end. All they have to have is a warehouse to store rice stocks and a truck to make the operational rounds. Since anybody can now easily apply for Business Loans, it shouldn’t be hard to start my own rice trading business. That’s it, I’m getting a Business Loan to buy my warehouse and truck soon!
